Heat Meter W111
The compact heat meter W111 is the successor of the hundred thousand times proven CWM 2-2.
The volume measurement of the heating or cooling medium (W111 is suitable for so called „6/12 °C systems“) has been further developed so that instead of magnetic inductive registration of the impeller rotations, a retrospective force free, electronic touch system is in use directly on the impeller.
This means that the volume measurement part meets the high demands of metrological class C, independently of the place of installation.
The following points have been realised as large improvements for the connections of systems for automatic meter data collection:
- M-Bus option with variable data structure according to EN 1434-3
- Chosen reading intervals through M-Bus indication wall
- Optical interface for meter readings with mobile data collection systems. The electronic calculation offers lots of new information. Next to the 16 months data (heat consumption, volume, maximum for through flow and achievement), a tariff function allows the heat consumption to be matched to a particular system parameter (e.g. heat achievement). The maximum values for the entire running time are saved with the date and can be reset through the optical interface whenever needed. Innumerable varieties and shapes make the use of the W111 easier in the most different installation conditions.
- The calculator on the W111 can be removed and installed separately.
- W111 EX/S for installation in the volume measuring part in the warmer cable of the heating or cooling system
- Cable length of the temperature sensor which is separately installed 5 m and around 10 m (standard: 1.5 m)
- Physical unit of the quantity of heat in MWh or maybe ordered in GJ
