Radio System Reading

A+S moves all current systems out of the lime light with its radio system.  Due to the connection per GSM or IP-Gateway with the A+S accounting centre, both you and your tenants can immediately see your usage and therefore check your usage habits on a daily basis.  With the knowledge of current usage, a tenant can behave in a way that positively influences his usage.
A+S has stepped into a new era of  data collection and data transfer of meter information, for the annual settlement of heating and water costs, with the use and development of the radio reading system.
As opposed to the current reading procedures, the A+S radio system gathers values wirelessly, in a central place, without anyone having to enter the building.  It is no longer necessary for home owners or tenants to be present for the reading, so that the problem of arranging appointments disappears.  Not only the annual consumption, but also the monthly consumption values are recorded, which makes the consumption determination easier should tenants change.
This procedure continues to offer exact settlement as reading and data transfer mistakes are completely impossible.  Apart from that, the tenant can also compare the usage stated in the settlement with the usage of the previous year stated on the meters.  This leads to high acceptance.
Due to the fact that it is not necessary to lay cables, the A+S radio system can be easily installed in new, but also in existing buildings.
