1. Original Procedure Without Data Exchange
In order to complete the annual heating cost settlement, we need information of the costs and any change of user within the settlement period on an annual basis. All data for the cost and usage tables - including any changes of allocation keys, information about the flat, user names, etc. - must be manually entered into the forms.
Following completion of the settlement, you will receive the individual invoices for each user and a settlement summary for your files. Should further work and transfer of the settlement results be necessary for the administrator‘s accounts, then you will need to re-enter the data manually per tenant.
2. Paperless Exchange
The alternative to the original procedure, is electronic data exchange. Here we can offer you different ways of transfer:
- By email: After accepting our conditions, you send us the cost and user tables as an attachment to an email
- By data saving device: you send us a disk or a magnet tape with the saved data
A+S will then create the complete heating, warm water and if necessary other additional cost
settlements as previously, as individual settlements by flat and a total settlement as a summary. Additionally, you will receive the settlement results on a disk. You can then take the costs per user and credit or invoice sums directly into the user accounts.
