With the A+S individual settlements, you and your tenant both have an exact settlement of the heating and other additional costs with all relevant information to hand. The information is stated clearly and understandably showing the amount of used fuel, heating service costs, allocation keys, any payments that were made in advance and plenty of other information that are necessary for a solid settlement, no question remains unanswered.
Every individual settlement contains:
- The nomination and division of the invoiced costs
- When necessary, any subtractions or shared costs
- An explanation of the allocation keys
- The calculation of the users share and any time that property was empty
- The total sum for each user, if required showing individual payments in advance and a proposal to optimise advance payments
Additionally, you will receive summaries and print outs for your files, also electronically upon request.
