1. During the Settlement Periods
On special request, we take care of readings in between people moving in and out of homes or for cost splitting if owners change and read all data collection devices for each user.
2. Annually at the End of a Settlement Period
At the end of a certain settlement period, we read all heat allocation and other meters and hand out signed reading receipts.
Following the annual readings, we establish the usage values for each user within the measuring period.
