A+S GmbH can offer you a comprehensive complete package: installation, maintenance, service and an informative settlement sorted by user.
1. Advice and the Signing of the Contract
- Information about the suitable measuring instruments and A+S services
2. First Installation
- Installation of new heat allocation meters, heat and water meters
- If necessary, a summary of already existing devices
- If required, the installation of a central reading system (cable or radio)
- Heat allocation meters: measured and fitted to each radiator, calculation of value factors for every radiator / heat allocation meter combination
- Explanation of the basic settlement scheme according to your data sheet
- Creation of a property file and electronic data saving
3. Annual Settlement
- When required: interim reading when tenants change or to split costs if owners change
- Annual reading of all heat allocation and other meters
- Creation of the heating and warm water settlements and if required the additional costs in total. At the end of a settlement period, you receive 2 forms from us that you need to complete, sign and send back: the costs and user tables. We will then produce the settlement for all users based on these forms and the reading results.
